2011

BuildaBridge engagement with La Limonada in Guatemala City concluded in 2011 after 5 years of training staff and transitioning leadership of their annual arts camp.  BuildaBridge continued training in Nicaragua and extended its work to the rebuilding efforts in Haiti following the 2010 earthquake. Through consulting and the work of Artist-on-Call Constance Kocs, BuildaBridge assisted Sonrisas in their continued development.  In addition, BuildaBridge networked with local universities and arts organizations for learning about existing arts initiatives within Guatemala City and Guatemala.
